A winery from the 19th century
Villa Verdini is a former 19th-century winery, restored in 2021 with care to preserve its old soul. Historic stone, original proportions, and the atmosphere of earlier days remain, while modern comfort is quietly woven in.
The estate offers seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, two living rooms, and a fully equipped open kitchen that flows into a generous dining space. Outside, a pizza oven, terraces, bocce court, and an outdoor saltwater pool create natural gathering points - with room to retreat when you need it.
Look closer and you will see what was kept with intention: handcrafted tiles recreated one by one, preserved ceiling paintings, the original chestnut windows and shutters. Inside, restored pieces sit alongside carefully chosen contemporary design. Old and new, side by side.
Comfort runs through it all. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and high technical standards throughout. The heated saltwater pool extends the season beyond summer.
